As Cristina mentioned a few days ago, my brother John (Bertrand's Uncle Booj) is deploying to Afghanistan for a year.
It's been a busy few days for all of us, with lots of fun family time.

He and Bertrand are freaking adorable reading together :). Good luck to him in Afghanistan, and may his worst problem be boredom. (Two of my brothers have done tours in Iraq, and I remember one of them, during a slow period stuck at a base, complaining that they had no good DVDs left to watch - his comment was "All we have now is `The O.C.'. War is hell.")
